1. Introduction

Welcome to Safety Skills Forklift Training. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all students, clients, and participants.

2. Eligibility

All participants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid form of photo identification. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they meet all licensing and eligibility criteria for the course they wish to undertake.

3. Course Fees & Payment

Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of training unless otherwise arranged. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or in person at our office. Safety Skills reserves the right to refuse service for non-payment.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled training will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. In the event that Safety Skills cancels a course, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the training without refund.

6. Certification

Certification will only be awarded upon successful completion of all theoretical and practical assessments. Participants must demonstrate competency in all required areas to receive a nationally recognized forklift license.

7. Safety & Responsibility

While Safety Skills ensures a safe training environment, participants are responsible for following all safety instructions and using equipment properly. Any accidents or injuries must be reported immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by Safety Skills are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All personal information collected during enrollment and training will be used solely for administrative and certification purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

Safety Skills reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website and apply from the date of publication.
